How Do We Work?

Great importance is placed on a collaborative relationship with our clients. The therapy is based on 50-minute sessions, which are tailored to the client’s individual needs.

We begin with an assessment, introducing our philosophy and methods. We like to spend the first session exploring how we can best work together, and we regularly review therapeutic progress during the course of counselling.

We offer counselling in English and Farsi.

We also offer individual and group supervision by our qualified supervisors. We also supervise the work of trainees and students.

Our therapists are members of UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) or BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and we implement ethical principles as directed by these organisations.
